Facelift
 In time, gravity, sun exposure, and the stresses of daily life take their toll on our faces: deep creases appear beside the mouth, the jaw line slackens, and folds and fat deposits appear on the neck. Facelifts turn back the clock by removing fat and tightening skin and muscles, giving your face a fresher, youthful look. Facelifts under Dr. Khattab's expert hands can restore youth and soften wrinkles without looking too tight or unnatural.
In a full or complete facelift, Dr. Khattab lifts the skin of the cheek and neck, removes any fat deposits under the chin, and tightens the jowls, all with the goal of achieving the patient's personal goals. A complete facelift improves sagging and wrinkling of the neck, jowls, cheeks and temples. In a partial facelift, only certain areas may be treated: for example, the neck only, or just the cheeks. After surgery, patients enjoy a naturally younger and "rested" look, not a "windswept" or "pulled-tight" appearance that makes it obvious they have had surgery.

 Neck Lift

Chin and Cheek Augmentation

Forehead Lifts
Browlifts, or forehead lifts, can revitalize drooping or lined foreheads, helping you to look less angry, sad or tired. Using either traditional or minimally invasive (endoscopic) methods, this single procedure achieves several improvements: it lifts the eyebrows and upper eyelids, and also corrects deep forehead wrinkles and horizontal and vertical lines. A further advantage to a browlift is that most patients do not need eyelid surgery later in life because the skin on the upper eyelids is lifted. The incision is hidden in the hairline. The result is a long-lasting rejuvenated appearance.

Eyelid Surgery
 Blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery or eyelid lift) can rejuvenate puffy, sagging or tired-looking eyes by removing excess fat, skin and muscle from the upper and lower eyelids. It may be performed for cosmetic reasons or to improve sight by lifting droopy eyelids out of the patient's field of vision. Depending on your wishes, Dr. Khattab can perform blepharoplasty on the upper eyelids, lower eyelids, or all four eyelids. He trims excess upper eyelid skin and removes "bags" (small pouches of fat) above or beneath the eyes. Scars are hidden in the natural crease of the upper eyelid and just below the eyelash line for the lower eyelid.

 Nose Reshaping
One of the most common plastic surgery procedures, rhinoplasty is performed to reshape, reduce or augment a person’s nose, remove a hump, narrow nostril width, change the angle between the nose and the mouth, or to correct injury, birth defects, or other problems that affect breathing. Nose reshaping can redesign your nose and correct breathing difficulties, making it both a cosmetic and a functional procedure. Ear Reshaping

Juvéderm™ - Juvéderm gently smoothes wrinkles and folds around the mouth and nose and restores a youthful volume to the face. It is especially effective on smile lines and "parentheses" (nasolabial folds) that run from the bottom of the nose to the sides of the mouth.

Sculptra® - Sculptra® counteracts the loss of fat beneath the skin (a condition called lipoatrophy). It is injected into the deep dermis layer of the skin to improve the appearance of sunken cheeks, hollow eyes, indentations and wrinkles.

Accent Skin Tightening
 Non-invasive Accent radiofrequency (RF) therapy is a new, FDA approved treatment for loose, sagging skin on the face and neck. Accent provides excellent facial tightening and wrinkle reduction, offering targeted dermal heating to stimulate collagen production and smooth wrinkles without pain or downtime. We believe Accent is one of the best technologies available for improving the contours of the face.
Accent treatments apply deep dermal heating to the bundles of threads between skin and fat to bring about new collagen bands formation and skin remodeling and rejuvenation. The procedure also helps enhance blood circulation and drain trapped fatty deposits and toxins.
Unlike previous radio-frequency devices which made patients very uncomfortable and hot, Accent radiofrequency precisely heats the skin's inner layer while its outer layer is continually cooled. This provides additional patient comfort and epidermal protection.
While just one or two treatments can produce results, we recommend a minimum of four treatments. A course of six treatments is recommended to best maintain the appearance. With proper care, the results from Accent can be expected to last several years.
