This is a 72-year-old male patient who presented late in the process of aging, requesting rejuvenation as he felt he looked much older than he desired. Due to the advanced nature of skin laxity of the face and neck, patient required two separate procedures to allow improvement with a natural outcome. The two procedures were six months apart and the postop photo was taken three months after his second procedure.
