This is a 45-year-old female patient with no history of pregnancy who had complaints about central fat deposits in the abdominal area. Postop photos were taken three months after suction-assisted lipectomy with a syringe technique under local anesthesia. Adequate contour was achieved with absence of the prominent fat.
